Platform Terms of Use and confidentiality undertakings

By completing this onboarding, I acknowledge and agree, on behalf of the legal entity identified above, to the following undertakings as a condition of access to the Apertis platform www.apertis.capital operated by Conduit Securities Pte Ltd and its affiliates (“CSPL”):

• to treat all content made available on the Platform as confidential
• to use such content solely for the purpose of evaluating a potential investment for myself or my clients, in my capacity as a professional or institutional investor
• not to reproduce, download beyond permitted functionality, redistribute or disclose such content to any third party other than my own directors, officers, employees and professional advisers bound by confidentiality
